An intensive course of advanced injection techniques and aesthetic treatments was carried out under the auspices of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) in London, 25 – 26 February 2017, with the participation of 20 selected dermatologists from various – mainly European – countries, alongside a selected faculty of internationally renowned experts.
Dr Athina Matekovits attended this fostering course and actively participated in the theoretical and practical sessions. It was a great opportunity to enrich one’s knowledge and experiences on injectable fillers and other interventional aesthetic dermatology treatments, next to outstanding scientists and excellent colleagues from around the world.
Professor Christopher Rowland Payne was our host and the organizer of the course. Among the distinguished faculty members were Professors Eckart Haneke and Andreas Katsambas.
