Skin cancers

The most common types of skin cancer are carcinomas / epitheliomas. They appear usually as single lesions – pimples or sores that persist, grow, or do not heal. Ideally, carcinomas should be diagnosed early, before they enlarge large and invade underlying tissues. The treatment of choice is surgical removal with clear margins and histological confirmation.
