As a Greek Dermatologist I feel proud for hosting in Athens one of the most succesful EADO (European Association of Dermato-Oncology) Congresses.

An intensive course of advanced injection techniques and aesthetic treatments was carried out under the auspices of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) in London, 25 – 26 February 2017,  with the participation of 20 selected dermatologists from various – mainly European – countries, alongside a selected faculty of internationally renowned experts.

The established annual meeting of the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM) on Aesthetic Medicine,took place in London on 24.02.2017. Dr. Athina Matekovits was invited to participate as an international speaker / presenter.

Dr. Matekovits presented the topic “Lasers in dermatologic patients: fears and facts.”
