The Drug –induced Photosensitivity Guide has been released!
Dr Athina Matekovits, MD, PhD (Author) and Dr Christina Antoniou, Honorary Professor of Dermatology at the University of Athens School of Medicine (Scientific editor) in collaboration with Bayer Hellas / Bepanthol Sun, have created the Drug-induced Photosensitivity Guide, which is distributed free of charge to a number of healthcare practitioners – physicians and pharmacists.
A new multidisciplinary healthcare conference “Health Days” took place for the first time in Greece and was hosted at the imposing Zappeion Megaron, in Athens, 11-13 May 2018.
Doctor Athina Matekovits, MD, PhD, was invited to participate as a speaker and presented the topic: “Fractional Laser: an innovative method for global skin regeneration”, which the audience watched with great interest.
The Hellenic Week against Skin Cancer is organized each year by the Greek Society of Dermatology and Venereology. For this year it will take place from 7 to 11 May. Free skin exams are offered by dermatologists in order to raise public attention to the importance of regular skin checks for skin cancer prevention.
